Our Story
Bringing the charm of Parisian slow living to Prior Lake.
We founded LoadTest Cold Brew 11 with a simple belief: coffee shouldn't be rushed. Inspired by the lingering afternoons of Parisian sidewalk cafés, we wanted to create a space in Minnesota where community, craft, and exceptional flavor meet.
Our signature cold brew is slow-steeped for 18 hours to coax out the smoothest, richest notes of cocoa and fruit. We partner with local Midwest roasters who share our commitment to origin and quality, pairing every cup with pastries laminated by hand every single morning.
